Comfortable for our needs. The staff were kind, especially during a stressful moment with my daughter. The cleanliness of the bathroom upon arrival was disappointing, as there was hair left from previous guests.

Loved that the hotel was luxurious and had useful staff with exploring around Hallstatt. The atmosphere created was quiet. Our room was newly remodelled with a large bathroom and a superb breakfast. Everything was simply modern.

Luxury and spotlessly clean place to stay in, it has lovely friendly and efficient staff on our request. The hotel has got a very nice restaurant for both Dinner and Breakfast...

I liked absolutely everything. The view from the window, the room, breakfast is simple, but quite normal.

The accommodations were modern and very clean. The staff was friendly and very efficient.

We loved the views from the windows and balcony facing the lake. It was a lovely and modern hotel in the heart of the tiny village that met all of our traveling needs.

Visitors need to be aware that they cannot drive to the hotel. They must park in a lot or parking garage and take a shuttle to the hotel.

The sauna and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, walking to breakfast at another location might be a bit inconvenient, but overall, it was a great experience 🌅

The view from the window was good.

Just a regular breakfast. There was no bathrobe in the room... Uncomfortable pillows. The price is overpriced.

As a family of three we were given a large room at the front with a view of the fortress, an excellent room. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Each morning we enjoyed coffee, boiled egg and cold meat and cheese on fresh rolls. The hotel is in an excellent location being able to wander around the old town visiting most of the sights Salzburg has to offer. We would love to stay here again.

My room offered amazing views of the lake, and the restaurant had delicious regional cuisine, made every meal nice. Staff was friendly and delivered excellent service throughout my visit.

Wifi was unstable .

the place was reasonably clean and luxurious, it had amiable and outstandingly accommodating staff with exploring around hallstatt. delicious breakfast options, the food was outstanding.

There were a bit too soft beds, and not very nice views.

Loved our balcony room overlooking the lake. Our stay was enjoyable and I've already recommended it to my brother who will probably book several rooms for next year. They will be traveling and taking two more families with them.
